About the Role
As the Store Manager you will ensure the smooth running of day to day operations, you will lead by example, supporting & inspiring your team to deliver store results.
About You
- Previous retail management experience
- Strong operational skills
- Experience in stock management
- Visual merchandising exposure
- Experience completing rosters and managing wage expenses
- Proven experience achieving budgets, targets & KPIs
- An agile personality and enthusiasm
- Fostering a positive and energetic work environment comes naturally
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service
