About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mercedes Benz Product Specialist to join our Pre-Owned Vehicle sales team working from our Chatswood and Mosman locations.
The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
We are seeking a very self-motivated individual who wants to actively contribute to the greater success of the team. This person must have good time management skills, is driven, reliable, likes working in a team environment and takes initiative. You will be given all the support in relation to the products you sell and sales training.
The role will involve the following:

• Liaise with customers to assist with Used and New vehicle enquiries
• Be willing to learn about all aspects of the Mercedes Benz sales process
• Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions to those needs
• Maintaining current knowledge regarding the full range of Mercedes Benz vehicles, products, and services as well as our competitor’s products
• Assist customers with test drives

The successful candidate will need the following:

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience in the hospitality, customer service or automotive industry
• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Be able to work in a team environment
• An Australian drivers licence
