AddressWe are currently searching for a driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our Ferntree Gully Toyota dealership. This used car yard is a high performing yard and sells a variety of makes. In this role you will be responsible for all activities within our Used Vehicle Sales Department including motivating, mentoring and overseeing the ultimate guest experience.
The successful applicant will possess the skill and capability to achieve monthly set targets/KPIs, whilst maintaining profit objectives. If you are passionate about sales and the automotive industry, then we want you!
Duties will include:
- Leading the Used Vehicle Sales team in sales performance
- Providing the highest level of customer experience to guests
- Ensure communication internally and externally
- Understanding guests' needs and demonstrate the capabilities and features of vehicles
- The ability to mentor / train sales consultants
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Sound knowledge of the sales process
- Autogate and Carsales fluency
- Stock management proficiency
- Digital savvy skills
- A hands-on approach
- Current driver's license
