- Proactively explore and recommend innovative design and user experience
- Works with the Senior Manager, Digital Applications on user experience design projects.
- Optimising the website experience across all website applications by developing a roadmap for A/B experimentation to test new hypotheses.
- Collaborating with the broader organisation on sales strategy, attribution, data analysis and other cross-functional initiatives.
- Translate business ideas into MVP designs, low fidelity & high-fidelity prototypes.
- Work closely with Product & Marketing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into use cases for different channel
- Ensure website content is accurate, relevant, and up to date with the latest product and service information.
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as required in line with business objectives.
You're a result driven, engaged, and resilient individual that loves working within a dynamic environment. Aside from your fantastic organisation and multi-tasking skills, you will have a strong work ethic and although you can work in a small team, working autonomously is where you flourish. Agility with strong attention to detail, you are confident talking to and offering ideas and solutions using data. You're passionate about the digital experience and keen to grow within this space. You have excellent communication skills to work with multiple shareholders in a cross functional manner, combined with a creative and analytical way of thinking to deliver exciting projects. To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated:
- 3 - 4 years of experience as a UX Designer
- 2 years Front end dev experience
- Experience in designing for different web layouts & apps including conducting Usability Tests
- Experience with AdobeXD, Figma or other prototyping tools
- Experience delivering concepts, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes,
- Experience in supporting design for Growth Experiments
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Builds and maintains relationships
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
