As an Instructional Designer at KPMG, you will consult with stakeholders to identify, design, and curate learning solutions. You'll be the interpreter between subject matter experts and audiences to solve problems and create engaging learning experiences.
You will be involved in:
- Working with SME's and learning managers to identify learning needs
- Developing detailed storyboards, templates, and resources to enable the production of solutions (classroom, eLearning, video etc)
- Ensure assets and courses are designed with best practice and adult learning principles in mind
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Managing projects end to end ensuring the successful delivery of projects
- Partnering with developers and vendors to enable learning solutions to be created.
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with SMEs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
- Have experience designing blended learning programs, eLearning courses, videos, animations, and other resources
- Bring a growth mindset to challenge the status quo, and drive higher performance across the firm
- Any experience working within professional services would be an advantage.
