We are Vicinity Centres. You may not recognise the brand but we’re sure you’ll know some of our destinations, from the iconic Queen Victoria Building in Sydney to Chadstone – The Fashion Capital, our seven DFOs, and much loved centres that are the hub of each of their communities. All in all, we operate over 60 centres across Australia.
Role purpose
You will have demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing role. You will be a proactive team player who understands processes, systems and our obligations to customers and Vicinity. You are known for your ability to effectively multitask and prioritise activities using a professional and customer centric approach. You’ll be passionate about providing an exceptional level of service to our Valet customers, including driving safely and paying attention to your surroundings at all times. You have genuine desire to bring to life the Vicinity culture and contribute to building a fun and enjoyable working environment
All applicants must hold an Australian Driver's licence.
Work schedule:
Week 1
Thursday: 10am to 5pm
Friday : 12 to 7pm
Saturday : 10am to 6pm
Sunday : 11am to 7pm
Week 2.
Thursday: 10am to 5pm
Friday: 1pm to 9pm
Saturday: 1:30pm to 9:30pm
Sunday: 11:30am - 7:30pm
