About the role
An opportunity is available for a skilled Administrator to join our Operations Team and will suit a person who enjoys working in a busy and supportive environment, who is passionate about customer service, has the ability to work within tight timelines and multi-task. The position is being offered as permanent full-time (5 days per week Monday to Friday appointment); offering a competitive salary commensurate with skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to) include:
- Registration of new valuation instructions and quotation requests using Herron Todd White systems and direct to the appropriate team
- Providing high quality support including monitoring and administrating of the central inbox and action emails accordingly
- Data processing in line with customer milestones
- Providing high quality administrative support as directed such as quoting and invoicing management, completing various property searches, data entry and sourcing of documentation
- Organise appointments for the Valuation Team which involves creating efficient inspection schedules following HTW best practice and providing updates to clients in a timely manner through phone, email or Herron Todd White job management systems
- Work closely with the Valuation Team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders including property owners, tenants, solicitors, accountants and real estate agents.
- Managing travel arrangements for the team
To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following criteria:
- Strong customer service ethic
- A positive attitude, ability to multitask and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures
- Mature minded, passionate about being organised, and efficient and self-motivated
- Skilled in MS Office (Word and Excel), Google Docs and complex calendar and email management
- Experience utilising systems for data entry purposes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – tactful, precise and honest
- Strong work ethic and focus on providing solutions when faced with problems
- Team player, willing to help others to achieve results
