Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a key role as an Administration Coordinator primarily supporting the valuations team.
This is a fast-paced role that would be suited to someone who has a genuine keen interest in property and construction.
The day to day will consist of but not be limited to:
- General Admin - preparation of quotes, updating WIP, preparing invoices and acting as the building management contact.
- Secretarial Support - preparation of letters, documents, and valuation reports, including annexures. Additional duties as required by the managing director, and valuers.
- Office Duties -coordinating team meetings, including scheduling, agendas and minutes, coordination of travel, internal and external events.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and communication skills.
This role requires a high degree of attention to detail and level of accuracy and strong time management skills.
