About the role
You will work closely on commercial valuations for strategy and disputes:
- Valuations of business, shares, options, IP and assets (including intangible assets);
- Commercial valuations across cost, market and discounted cash flow
- Use of varied Valuations tools for discounted cash flow, asset pricing, comparable sales, replacement costs, earnings multiples and excess earnings;
- Independent Expert Reports;
- Litigation support; and
- Strategic advice
About you
- Strong analytical and research capability;
- Strong report writing skills;
- Strong modelling skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong time management and organisational skills;
- Degree in one or more fields including, Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business or Finance; and
- CA qualification
