An exciting and unique opportunity exists for an experienced Buyer who is highly driven, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic to join our Wholesale Team and assist with the continued growth of our Group, selling over 300 Pre-Owned Vehicles per month.
You will work with an exciting, innovative luxury brand within a prestigious dealership and enjoy being part of a friendly, customer-focused team. Working alongside our Wholesale and Sales Managers, the successful applicant will be a self-starter and motivated to achieve and exceed set targets while keeping accountability over the stock they purchase.
About the role:
You will be a well-rounded, approachable person. You will have demonstrated experience in automotive buying.

• Identify and source potential vehicles for purchase through various channels, including auctions, wholesalers, private sellers, and dealerships.
• Research market trends and pricing to ensure competitive and profitable vehicle acquisitions.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers to maximise profitability and minimise risk.
• Conduct thorough inspections and valuations of vehicles to ensure quality and condition meet our standards.
• Manage vehicle transport and logistics to ensure timely delivery to our dealership.
• Keep accurate records of all vehicle purchases, including purchase prices, seller information, and vehicle history.

Who are we looking for?

• Proven experience in vehicle purchasing or a similar role within the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of different vehicle makes, models, and market trends.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record in developing client relationships and meeting targets
• Passion and desire to create your success
• Detail-oriented with the ability to assess vehicle condition and value accurately.
• Intermediate Communication Skills
• Ability to think outside the square
• Current Drivers Licence
