Supervisor - Vegetation

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor with a strong work ethic to join our team. You will provide leadership and role model ETS’ values to your crew and support the Operations Manager to ensure our program of works is delivered for our client.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Ground-based field work and inspections of vegetation
• Undertake crew safety/quality audits
• Provide clear instruction and direction to crews to ensure completion of required works
• Assess workloads in line with client guidelines & document actions required
• Provide accurate data and documentation relative to the works performed.
• Ensure that safety standards, company policies and safe work practices are always adhered to

Essential qualifications/licences:

• Previous experience in the Vegetation Management industry either as an arborist or Supervisor - is essential
• A current Australian drivers licence (manual)
• MR /HR licence
• EWP High Risk Work licence
• ESI Certification - desirable
