Vehicle Assembler positions - casual to permanent opportunity

Are you looking for a long term opportunity with a well established manufacturing company based in Eagle Farm?  Work for one of Australia leading manufacturers in a Trade Assistant/Assembly position.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working on the production line assembling various components for building heavy vehicle machinery from ground up to the final product.
• Working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Work across multiple production lines including welding, assembly of hydraulic pieces, cleaning and detailing.
• Working to production deadlines and expected ‘Takt’ times.
• Regular use of hand and power tools.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous production & machinery assembly experience.
• Previous experience with hand and powered tools essential.
• Previous exposure working with hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings.
• Own basic tool kit - weekly tool allowance paid.
