ABOUT THE ROLE
Don’t want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for cars, trucks and machinery? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning individual to join our Operations team at our Tullamarine branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm! You will mostly be working outdoors in our damaged vehicles yard and will work closely with your team to:
- Ensure all incoming damaged vehicles stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
- Assist other team members with their duties as required.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
· Passion for cars, trucks & machinery, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
- Current & valid drivers' license with ability to drive manual (essential)
- Attention to detail
- Be comfortable working outdoors
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekdays where required.
