ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Canberra branch based in Fyshwick, 2609. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 5:00pm. In this role your key responsibilities would include:
- Inspect and enter asset into system ensuring accuracy of all features, damages, registration and correct vendor meeting assigned KPIs
- Photograph assets providing our customers accurate high quality images
- Collaborates with other operational team members to ensure the auction cycle is managed efficiently and all stakeholders have a great experience with Pickles
- Delivers outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers
- Follows all WHS policies and procedures as required.
- Completes administrative duties associated with the auction process (including processing purchase orders, invoices, and Fines & Tolls notices) with a high level of accuracy, meeting agreed timeframes
- Ensures buyer and vendor expectations are met through timely and accurate completion of administration duties
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required
