We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to begin their professional journey with our esteemed organisation. As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be offered a full-time position with an 11-day fortnight, with every second Saturday off and no Sundays or Public Holidays; accompanied by a competitive salary and fortnightly commission package.
About The Role:

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Maintaining a high knowledge level of vehicles
- Forming long term business partnerships with guests
- in-depth advice and Service
- Identifying and gaining new business through a sustained program of cold calling, following up referrals/leads
- Conducting product demonstrations (as needed) and coordinating the preparation of product delivery ensuring specific deal agreements (extras/options) are completed.
- Ability to cross-sell (New and Used Vehicles)
To be Successful in this position you will need to possess:
- Car Sales experience is essential
- Desire to build a customer base
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbally)
- Ability to read people and their needs
- Ability to be analytical, think laterally and problem solve
- Ability to create a positive team environment, with a culture of openness, innovation and learning.
