The Business
Patties Group is a value-led organisation with a rich Australian history, home to some of our most iconic brands including Four N Twenty, Herbet Adams and Boscastle. Recently acquired by PAG along with Vesco, we are set to become the largest player in two categories, ready meals, and frozen finger food. The merger to become Patties Group has begun, with the landscape to include multiple sites, Mentone (corporate), Pakenham, Bairnsdale, Adelaide, Auckland, and two in Perth with a workforce of around 1600. As Patties Group enter this next stage of exciting growth there is an opportunity for a dynamic and proactive Vendor Replenishment Planner to join the In Home team and contribute to the profitability and growth of the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Director – Coles and based at our Mentone corporate site (with some time at customer HO), the role is responsible for ensuring the demand forecast is ordered and delivered complete and on time and is the essential link between the customer interface and In Home team. As the primary customer contact, the successful candidate will manage the end-end replenishment demand across the chilled and frozen categories.
Responsibilities include;
Achieving service level targets both inbound and outbound
Addressing purchase order exceptions
Promotional forecasting and replenishment planning
Order placement/replenishment
Analysing, planning and managing stock movement trends taking into account seasonal influences
Reviewing and amending appropriate reports for improved OSA
The person
To be successful in the role you will have a minimum 2 years of VRP experience, or a related field within the FMCG industry and a strong understanding of retail replenishment systems. You will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and display initiative and a can-do attitude. Your confident and clear communication style along with strong problem-solving skills, flexibility and adaptability will set you up for success.
