Position Overview: As the Venue Manager you'll be expected to run the show all while maintaining exceptional service standards. It's about knowing what the customer wants and needs, before they even know. It’s training, leading and mentoring your team to ensure the guest expectation is always exceeded. You will be responsible for driving the business forward, while directly reporting to the Operations Manager. The role is designed for a established hospitality leader, who will lead example and be hands on with our team in all aspects of management and restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Experience:
- Uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
Financial Management:
- Monitor financial performance and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager in a fast-paced al-la carte restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for food industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Creative flair and passion for pushing service expectations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
