This is your opportunity to take a defining leadership role in one of the Gold Coast’s favourite dining and nightlife venues. Established in 2011 this Burleigh Heads icon has been dishing out booze, food and good vibes ever since. Our venue is not only home to a 200+ seat restaurant across two sprawling levels, but also the Gold Coast’s first and favourite rooftop bar and a self contained takeaway shop.
With the support of the General Manager and a large team the successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of all facets of operations within the venue during your rostered hours. You will be directly responsible for the supervision and control of all activities and staff in accordance with well-established company standards, policies and procedures. You will be relied upon to train + upskill the team as well as design + implement new policies in order to achieve the venue goals. Through a deep understanding of operations you will be able to positively influence sales and identify cost cutting implementations to help drive the venue forward.
Reporting to the General Manager and Managing Director and working within a large management team you will help to plan, organise and coordinate team members and restaurant resources to ensure the highest standard of food and beverage service is delivered to our patrons.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate experience in the following:
- Leading and working within a large team.
- 3 years minimum management experience in a fast paced restaurant environment.
- Experience with OpenTable highly regarded.
- Maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency across a whole restaurant offering.
- Experience within a high intensity bar environment.
- Staff training and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that all staff comply with RSA practices.
- Creation, implementation and maintenance of restaurant procedures.
- Counting and reconciling tills.
- RMLV + Approved Manager’s License high regarded.
