Key Responsibilities:
- Driving culture and leading a large team of high energy individuals
- Recruiting, developing, and training key talent
- Ensuring the venue is always immaculate and creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere
- Making guest and their experience the highest priority
- Creating and implementing growth strategies to increase top-line revenue.
- Strong emphasis on financials, ensuring costs (COGS, Labour, CWD, stocktakes) are managed and sales budgets and profit expectations are met
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Experience in high volume venues and large-scale events
- Current RSA accreditation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
