Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the daily operations of Clubhouse Malvern. The Venue Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our café, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the venue.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment by providing leadership, training, and support to staff members.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
