The Opportunity
At NOMAD Group, we are on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate individual to take on the pivotal role of NSW Venues Operations Manager. This position presents a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our dynamic and rapidly evolving hospitality group.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Extensive demonstrated experience as a Hospitality Restaurant, General or Operations manager.
- Effective leadership abilities for mentoring and guiding venue management teams.
- Proficiency in financial oversight, payroll adherence, and staff development.
- Experience in planning and executing training initiatives across various departments.
- Strong communication skills to represent senior leadership and engage with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated talent nurturing skills, including identifying and fostering junior team members.
- Proactive approach to enhancing guest experiences, managing feedback, and coordinating events.
- Adaptability to support venues as required, ensuring seamless operations.
- Dedication to workplace safety standards and fostering a positive work environment.
