Our lush hidden-gem of a venue is currently looking for an experienced Venue Manager to join the family.
The role requires strong people management & team leadership, with a passion for music, art, cocktails, and craft beer/spirits in a CBD institution.
We’re seeking passionate, motivated, and & experienced hospitality individuals to deliver great hospitality experiences.

As well as the obvious there is space for you to utilise and develop your creative strengths within the venue and help make this your forever home.
Duties will include:
- Staff management & development, rostering, training and performance management
- Running & implementation of day-to-day venue management, procedures, efficiencies, and upkeep
- Bar & stock management, ordering
- Running of shifts on a set roster
About You:
- Well-rounded minimum of 3 years experience in similar hospitality management role with a focus on customer service & people management
- Ability to train, lead by example & develop an existing team
- A passion for curating the best customer experiences and loyal friendships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, environment (and also enjoy taking it slow).
- Must be available to work late nights and weekends
- Problem solver extraordinaire, organised, driven, excellent communicator
- A love of live music and late nights
