As a Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Food and Beverage operations of Outback Hotel & Lodge.
We want a seasoned and customer-focused Manager with a true passion for hospitality, people development, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Take the lead in our Food & Beverage team at Outback Lodges, where you'll lead a diverse range of outlets such as Bough House and the Residents Club. We strive to provide our guests with experiences that will leave a lasting impression right under the stars in the heart of the red desert! If you have a proven track record in managing, training and nurturing an exceptional team with outstanding conflict resolution skills, we want to hear from you.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Experienced Restaurant manager with a background preferably in multi venue hotel and resort operations
- Capable of delivering the utmost customer service
- Expertise in innovation and keen attention to detail will be the key to driving team success.
- Strong financial skills, including budget management and reporting, will be highly regarded.
