Venue Manager

 Oversee day to daily operations, execute efficient service, impeccable cleanliness, and adherence to all health and liquor regulations.

 Ensure guests experience is memorable and unique, giving service to our high standard.

Execute & manage high-end events with elite clientele.

Monitor sales and expenses, analyse financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximise profitability.

Driving the business forward in terms of efficiencies, product and sales initiatives.

Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members

  Minimum of 2 years prior management experience in hospitality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and business partners.

Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications

Strong cash handling and back of house procedures

Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Strong people skills and the ability to develop your team to progress to the next level

Flexible schedule, including evening shifts, weekends and holiday seasons.
