Are you ready to lead one of Melbourne's premier venues? We are now seeking a Venue Manager that is not afraid to think outside the box and get creative and who is ready to steer the operations of one of our fun, loving go-to venues in Richmond.
Fargo & Co. nestled within the reclaimed vaults of a historic 1907 state bank is a sprawling two-story bar specialising in all things fabulous from bottomless brunches, Bagel towers, Caviar bumps, and late-night soirees.
As the Venue Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of this multifaceted venue. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience managing high-volume, entertainment-focused venues. Your primary responsibilities will include team leadership, financial management, and fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.

Essential requirements:
- 2-3+ years of Venue Management experience in an Entertainment lead, high-volume F&B venue
- Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
- P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials
- Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Write and control an effective roster
- Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
- Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
- Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team
- Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area
