We are seeking a customer-focused hospitality leader to join us as our Venue Manager on a Permanent Full-Time basis in Milton, Brisbane! And guess what, this is a Monday to Friday Day time only position with occasional Saturday shifts required to support key events. This position is available to start from the 1st of June 2024.
Leading a highly passionate and collaborative team, you will ensure every single customer has a world-class and unforgettable experience with our venue and the tour centre!
Your key responsibilities will be but are not limited to:
- Outstanding leadership and mentorship to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional and memorable experiences to all visitors.
- Contribute to developing and improving customer service processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
- Managing the rostering, budgeting, invoicing and stock control
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and requests professionally and promptly, resolving issues to satisfy customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, including working closely with sales and marketing teams.
- Coordinate and book reservations, tours, and activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
