The Organisation:
Our client is Australia's first state of the art co-working space for dog owners, which enables owners to work alongside their furry friends in a unique, inspiring, productive and community focused environment. The business offers a complete co-working professional space for human clients and purposeful, interactive, and fully supervised dog parks for their furry friends.
The Role:
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and operational environment, driving member retention, growth, and the promotion of services. This role is crucial in delivering the member journey, assisting members to build social and business connections that fuel collaboration, innovation, and success. You will also be responsible for managing a dynamic customer focused team and being across all facets of the venue's operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through membership, corporate partnership, innovative events, programs, and services.
- Lead and coordinate staff activities, assign responsibilities and delegate the authority needed to carry out responsibilities.
- Provide leadership and direction to the venue's marketing and business development, customer service, human and canine wellness, and operations.
- Ensure the financial viability of the venue.
- Advocate on behalf of members on issues and ideas that will help business prosper.
- Facilities management.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience leading a coworking business or hospitality organisation.
- Solid people management experience, developing and fostering a great team culture.
- Experience speaking at functions or delivering workshops.
- Experience delivering strategy that have resulted in substantive change.
- Experience working with project budgets and understanding financial.
