Our Far North QLD team are looking for a Vet Nurse to work across our Earlville, Redlynch and brand-new Smithfield clinic! About your new role:
- Part-time or Full-time role available
- Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
- Performing minor procedures when required
- Maintaining the overall hygiene of the practice, including surgical areas and equipment
- Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone
- Administration duties when required
About you:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and 2+ years of clinical experience
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in monitoring anaesthesia
- A calm, friendly, team player attitude
- Experience using RxWorks will be highly regarded
