- Minimum of 4+ years post graduate experience in oncology or haematology
- Leadership and team leader experience
- Post graduate Diploma or higher (desirable)
- Current AHPRA nursing registration as a Registered Nurse (no restrictions)
- Comprehensive assessment skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan and facilitate management and workloads.
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement process, coupled with the proven ability to initiate, coordinate and evaluate quality improvement measures.
