See link -Your opportunityThe Clinical Nurse School Based Youth (SBYHN), Charleville Western Qld, is a Clinical Nurse who contributes to the prevention of illness and injury in young people through the establishment and delivery of health optimisation programs and the provision of health information, brief health intervention and referral for State Secondary School students. Utilising primary health care strategies, the SBYHN supports the health and well-being of school students and the broader school community.The very nature of what we do and who we are is the real opportunity.
