About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Trainer and Assessor based in the Gold Coast or Greater Brisbane area to assist our students, including trainees, throughout their student journey.
Essential criteria:
- Must hold the relevant business experience and/or qualifications to train and assess up to a Diploma of Leadership and Management.
- Must hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent competencies.
- Must enjoy working with all ages to get the best from the student, whether face-to-face, online, email or telephone.
- Must possess a flexible style/approach to training and assessing.
- Must be able to develop relationships with key stakeholders within the business, employers and students.
- Must possess excellent time-management and computer literacy skills.
Desirable criteria:
- The ability to train and assess Project Management, Human Resources, and WHS would be a bonus.
- Understanding of SAS training requirements.
- Experience in training and assessing business-based trainees.
