Veterinary Nurse And Receptionist

Do you have a passion for the unusual and wonderful world of exotic pets? We are seeking a Veterinary Nurse and Receptionist to join our team at our Canberra clinic to help support our growing caseload.

The successful candidates will become part of the biggest and most supportive exotic veterinary group in the Southern Hemisphere, collaborating with our fantastic team from all around Australia.

We are recruiting for the following roles to work 3 weekdays and 1 in 4 weekends (totaling an average of 34 hours per week):

• 1 x Veterinary Nurse 
• 1 x Receptionist 

The successful candidates will:

• Reside within the Canberra region and able to travel to work at short notice.
• Be passionate about working in exotic pet only practice.
• Be striving to offer a high standard of care and want to work with other vets and nurses who are like-minded.
• Possess excellent communication skills and enjoy communicating with clients and uphold our gold standard approach to building and maintaining relationships.
• Be a team player, with a positive attitude towards work and fellow team members, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Hard-working, well organised, efficient, and reliable.
• Looking for a long-term position where you can develop, while we invest in your career with us.
• Interested in undertaking further study and regular CE.
