McLaren Vale Veterinary Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and skilled Veterinary Nurse to join our dedicated team on a full-time or part-time basis.
McLaren Vale Veterinary Surgery is a privately owned, small animal Veterinary Clinic located in the heart of McLaren Vale, surrounded by picturesque vineyards and rolling hills. Our clinic is committed to providing high-quality veterinary care for the pets of our community, who we have been serving for 38 years. Our clinic is well-equipped to ensure we can provide the highest quality of care for our patients, including a modern purpose-built clinic, complete in-house laboratory, modern surgery to provide both soft-tissue and orthopaedic surgeries, digital x-rays, complete dental suite including digital dental radiography, EzyVet computer system, high-quality ultrasound, rigid and flexible endoscopy plus much more.
Our team of 4 vets and 9 nurses are looking for an enthusiastic Certificate IV Veterinary Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate would be someone who has exceptional personal skills and is able to communicate well with staff members and clients. As a team we strive to continue to improve the standards of the clinic and care for the patients, so our applicant should enjoy continually evolving, learning, and leading.
The position would involve working weekdays and the occasional Saturday morning until midday only. The role would be a mix of customer-care, hospital nursing and surgical nursing roles. The number of each can be customised to the applicant’s level of experience and skills.
