AddressZarafa Group are currently seeking a VIC Construction Manager to join our projects team. Reporting directly to the National Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of constructions projects, perform site assessment & surveys and lead a team of employees and subcontractors.

About the Role:
Assist and Support the Project Manager with all aspects onsite.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist Project Team with the deployment and rollout of infrastructure
- Oversee Q&A of construction works undertaken by subcontractors and employees
- Interface with developers on project specifications and timing
- Ensure Health, Safety and Environment requirements and policies are met across the business.
- Develop relationships with employees and subcontractors
- Provide regular reporting on the projects to Project Manager
- Manage workflow and allocating crews new jobs
- Manage onsite Productivity

Essential Experience:
- Project Management Training
- MS Office including MS Project literate.
- Previous product experience preferred.
- Project Management Experience and/or Training
- MS Office
- Fiber network design and construction experience
- Outside plan design and management experience
