VIC - NGV - Supervisor - Food & Beverage

• Located at the iconic National Gallery of Victoria
• Roster: Weds-Sun but negotiable
• $27.83 + 25% loading + weekend penalty rates.

Key Duties:

• Assisting the Functions Manager with day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Assist in coordinating front of house team's daily operational demands.
• Lead the team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
• Organise rosters as per operational requirements.
• Address any elevated guest grievances.

About You:

• Previous experience within a large and diverse operation
• Experienced in leading a team, assist management with identifying opportunities for improvement, train and develop staff. Previous experience within a large and diverse operation
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires, including late finishes, weekend and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service and products.
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
