The Role:
As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales objectives and fostering market development in your assigned territory.
Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
- Showcase and sell medical devices directly to hospitals, both nurturing existing accounts and tapping into new opportunities;
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with surgeons while providing exceptional service and support;
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and educational sessions for clinical staff;
- Represent the brand at trade shows, engage with Key Opinion Leaders, and proctor procedures in theatre; and
- Prepare for regular travel across your territory, including interstate and to company-sanctioned events and meetings.
Required Qualifications:
We're seeking candidates with a blend of passion, drive, and interpersonal finesse.
Key qualifications include:
- At least a year of previous sales experience, preferably in medical devices, or specialty pharmaceuticals;
- Demonstrated success in organising, developing, and managing a geographic territory;
- Ability to thrive independently while also collaborating seamlessly within a national sales team;
- A genuine commitment to honesty, integrity, and transparency; and
- Bonus points for experience with Salesforce.com or a clinical background.
