Vice President, Investment & Asset Management

The opportunity
  
Redpath Partners are proud to be partnering with a global real estate investment, development and capital management company committed to sustainable investing. As a VP, Investment & Asset Management you will be responsible for evaluating Investment opportunities and be responsible a dynamic portfolio of commercial office properties in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Australia, you'll lead Investment & strategic Asset Management initiatives, optimize property values, and ensure financial goals are met.
  
Main responsibilities:

• Develop asset strategies to maximize portfolio performance and growth.
• Manage Transactions end to end including origination.  
• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial analysis.
• Foster tenant relations and collaborate on leasing efforts.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing Asset Management team.
• Stay updated on Sydney's commercial office market trends.
• Ensure compliance and risk management.

 
The candidate

• You will ideally hold between 10+ years of property portfolio or Asset Management experience.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills and outstanding written and verbal communication/presentation delivery skills.  
• Experience in property development and feasibility modelling and analysis will be advantageous.  
• Strong macro-economic research skills and in-depth knowledge of capital markets and property sectors (locally and globally) across the range of traditional and alternative sectors.
