A startup AI software technology business is now looking for a permanent VP of R&D. Reporting into the Founders, you will be excited to work in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle as well as build and lead a team of hungry like minded business builders. The Founders of this business have built other successful startups therefore are well funded, experienced and patient. Moreover they have strong values related to delivering high value add to their customer base and lowering carbon emissions from overuse of cloud technology.
The Job:

• Be responsible for all software development strategy and roadmap for this cutting edge Artificial Intelligence cloud focused product. This is an early stage startup, so be prepared to get hands on at all stage of the Software Development process.
• Manage all stakeholder expectations in expanding and improving upon the product. Ensure all strategic outcomes flow through to clients in order maximize performance outcomes.
• Build a multi-disciplinary team in a high growth industry ensuring alignment to overall company objectives and outcomes.

Have you:

• Excellent software product building experience ?
• Strong technical foundation in cloud computing, operating systems and code optimisations?
• A demonstrated hunger to build a successful Software based product from scratch ?
