About The Role
Reporting into the CEO, based in our West Melbourne corporate office, as the State Manager you will be primarily responsible for building client relationships and nurturing partnerships with our dedicated driver pool of over 200 Contractors to ensure highest possible levels of service are maintained.
- Leading and coaching a team to deliver industry best customer service.
- Managing the State's business to ensure maximum profitability.
- Leading the State's operations, account management and new business growth
- Provide existing clients with the confidence that their business is taken care of
- Work in unison with all department heads to ensure best outcomes for all.
About You
OnTime is passionate about people whether they be our drivers or clients and providing the most efficient and innovative delivery solutions to existing and prospective customers. Along with sharing these values, you'll also need:
- Experience in managing, coaching and leading people
- Understanding what's required to provide highest level customer service
- Ability to manage a business as though it's your own
