Totem Network is Australia’s largest social video network, with a mission to fuel Australian entertainment’s revenue revolution. We work with iconic Entertainment Brands and Social Creators to create maximum value from their video content on social media.

The Role

As a Video Editing Intern, you will learn:

• Workflows and processes of a fast paced, rapidly growing post production team
• Best practices for editing videos for social media
• How to create a post production set up that allows you to work from home
• Work alongside professional editors, content strategists, channel managers
• Work with Australia’s best TV and creator content

Your tasks will include:

• Performing research for process improvements
• Attending content and strategy meetings
• Assembling or selecting clips
• Reviewing content
• Creating and reviewing captions
• Organising video assets
• Editing videos

Requirements

• Currently studying (or recently completed studies in) Video Editing or similar
• Have good communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud edit suite (Premiere Pro) and Google Office (Sheets, Docs) is desirable

This internship is 3 days a week, unpaid for a 12 week period. There is also an opportunity for full-time employment after the internship.
