The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Administrator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, based at our Harbourside Village, Mindarie.

Under the guidance of the Village Manager, the ideal candidate will provide a first-class client facing experience to our residents and visitors. Your bubbly and outgoing personality coupled with a proactive and modern approach to Village Administration tasks will provide invaluable support to both the Village Manager and to the successful delivery of village services to the residents of Harbourside Village.

The successful candidate will be an outgoing and approachable professional with a warm customer facing & client-centric approach to this front of house position. You will possess remarkable attention to detail along with strong organisational skills. You will work closely with the Village Manager but will also be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks. Most importantly you will be an effective and professional communicator who doesn't shy away from new technologies, processes or challenges.

Your Background

The successful candidate will have the following:

  • Exceptional front of house and reception experience
  • Demonstrated administration experience
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Previous experience working with the elderly will be highly regarded
  • Experience in processing billing and invoicing is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional, proactive, can-do attitude
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)
