The Role
Working alongside the Accommodation Services team, you will be the primary point of contact for the residents living at our Menora Masonic Village in Menora. Primarily a village providing seniors Rental Accommodation, you will be responsible for proactively anticipating resident needs, addressing their concerns and supporting our residents to enjoy an optimum quality of life. This is a hands-on position responsible for:
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service to village residents, promptly addressing any issues or complaints, including repairs and maintenance
- Monitoring and coordinate the property maintenance needs and services with key stakeholders
- Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of residents
- Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community
This position requires a self-motivated individual capable of managing their workload efficiently to meet the needs of Masonic Care WA with the flexibility to work within school hours if required.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in Community/Social Housing or related field is desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and proficient computer skills
