CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Full time, $70000 + superannuation
Collie Hills Village is a 200 room Accommodation facility Near Collie (approximately 2 and a half hours south of Perth). The Contract Administrator is required to oversee the expansion of the accommodation facilities. Construction has already begun to extend the facility to 300 rooms. We are seeking a Contract Administrator with a background in managing large-scale projects, particularly those involving accommodation facilities.
This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week.
The successful candidate must have:
· Excellent English skills
· The right to work in Australia
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
· Minimum of 2 years years of work experience
· Team management skills
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
· Strong time management skills
· Current Approved drivers licence.
· Experience with Microsoft office software.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting, assessing, and negotiating modifications to contracts, projects, and services remains a primary responsibility.
Effective management of documentation, addressing inquiries and resolving issues associated with contracts, projects, and provided services.
Collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners, and various stakeholders is essential to ensure the successful completion of the expansion project.
Assist management with rostering suitable staff members for each area of the projects providing direction.
Providing guidance to senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions.
Supervising contractor work and reporting discrepancies in work orders contribute to the overall oversight.
Moreover, the role extends to include facilities planning and management, vendor management, budgeting and cost control, work health and safety compliance, quality assurance, environmental sustainability, emergency planning, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. This comprehensive approach ensures a holistic perspective on the expansion project and its administration.
