The Role

Parkland Villas Woodlands is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Village Administrator to join their team on a Full-time basis. The role will require you to work Mondays through to Fridays, 9AM – 5PM. 

Under the guidance of the Village Manager, you will provide friendly and efficient customer service to Village residents and visitors as well as providing administrative support. You will have excellent organisational skills along with attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage competing deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.

  • Carry out more complex resident services in accordance with relevant statutory standards to ensure resident satisfaction and the safety and security of premises, staff and visitors. 
  • Involved in the delivery of high quality food and catering services at the village and contribute to overall decision making in the kitchen. 
  • Conduct regular reviews of resident services to assist in the identification of service needs, preparing reports for operations management as directed to support informed decision making and contribute to continual quality improvement. 
  • Coordinate and oversee activities associated with monitoring performance against established budgets, driving quality and providing management with regular reports to support efficient resident services and maintain acceptable standards of the village in line with village, company and regulatory standards. 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and actively contribute to creating a sense of place in the village; 

Your Background

The successful candidate will have:

  • Exceptional front of house and reception experience
  • Demonstrated administration experience
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience working with the elderly will be highly regarded
  • Experience in processing billing and invoicing is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional, proactive, can-do attitude
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willing to complete)
