Civeo Australia are growing! Due to this, we are calling for experienced hospitality or village managers who are based in the Adelaide or Port Augusta areas to register their interest with us for current and upcoming work.
As a key people & operational leader within our sites, you will naturally demonstrate a high level of customer service, dedication to our people and the ability to think on your feet. Additional key elements of the role include;
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Lead village based employees from all areas
- Provide regular reporting including commercials, inventory & people movements
- Maintain safety & auditing regulations
- Manage onsite client partnerships
- Promote a positive & safe workplace
About You
As an experienced FIFO Village Manager {VM} or Assistant VM, you know how to prioritise effectively and can handle multiple competing requirements, your management skills are highly developed from years of industry experience. You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with ease to a diverse group of clients, visitors and guests.
- Prior people, hospitality &/ or Village Management experience
- Experience with budgets, costs controls & P&L’s
- Prior workforce scheduling & rostering experience
- Strong understanding of remote logistics
- Experience with Oracle/JDE technology will be highly regarded
- Ability to forward think & utilise resources
- Clear communicator (written & verbal)
- Ability to build, mentor & lead teams of all sizes
- In-depth understanding of remote site safety standards, especially HACCP.
