Lifestyle Manager - Administration The “Inside” role!
- You will be a highly presentable, customer focussed individual with high level organisational and administrative skills. Your passion and empathy will shine through as you make a real difference to the people around you. You will manage a big workload.. but never be too be too busy to help Wendy from number 110 organise an inter-community bowls day!
Lifestyle Facilities: The “Outside” role!
- You are the eyes and ears (and handy-hands!) of the Community providing practical solutions and attending to a range of building and maintenance issues… all the while nurturing relationships with the homeowners, maintenance and tradespeople. You will take pride in your surroundings and never be too busy that you don't have time for a quick chat with Beverly and Tom at number 36, who are out pruning their roses!
Your backgrounds could be a combination of a number of things!
- Hospitality and Tourism (Parks, Motel or Resorts)
- High end Independent Living Communities
- Administrative customer service roles
- Trade and supervisory experience and Industry Sales
