We are currently seeking experienced Caretaker/s or candidates with relevant transferrable skills and experience from other industries,
Vara Ville Village is a residential caravan park is located in Mooroopna, 10 minutes from Shepparton.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated individual or couple who can efficiently handle various tasks related to both office duties and village grounds maintenance. As a Caretaker/s you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation and supporting our Property Managers.
You will be working in a customer centric environment where our resident experience is at the forefront of all that we do.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Manage after hours concerns, night patrols, emergencies etc
- Good customer service skills
- Admin and Office duty skills.
- Sound computer skills.
- Effective problem solving.
- Good communication skills
- Grounds & Gardening maintenance experience
- General handyman knowledge
- Basic maintenance skills
- General knowledge of WH&S
- Current Police Clearance
