Rosebud Village is currently recruiting for a full-time Retirement Village Manager.
Rosebud Village is a well-established retirement community offering 105 independent living units in a warm inviting senior living community.
As the Village Manager, you will be responsible for Unit Sales, the management of Rosebud Village Staff, the quality of the services we deliver and the overall operation of the retirement community. Previous experience as a Retirement Village Manager is essential.
You should have advanced communication and management skills and established history of exceptional customer service delivery. This is a full-time role, 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. $49.17 per hour plus on call allowance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsibility for the delivery of resident services and lifestyle
- Able to review financial reports supported by basic accounting/budgeting skills.
- Applying your human resources skills and knowledge; the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Highlighting the features and benefits of retirement community living to prospective residents
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in undertaking general office and administrative procedures.
- Computer and technology proficient
- Excellent time and project management skills

- Previous experience as a Village Manager (essential)

- Neat and professional appearance
- Formal training/qualifications (advantageous)
- Current First Aid qualifications.
