- A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing or telephone-based role (preferred)
- Degree qualifications in Science, Business or other (preferred but not essential)
- Strong PC and computer literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confident, professional and credible telephone manner
- A positive attitude, strong self-motivation and high level of adaptability and flexibility is critical.
