Applications are invited from suitably qualified medical practitioners eligible for registration in New South Wales for the above position within Central Coast Health at Home, Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD).
Central Coast Health @ Home (CCH@Home) provides access, triage and linkage to community based health services for people in need of urgent care at Home. This includes provision of care to people who are admitted to Hospital in The Home (HITH) under a CCLHD Admitting Medical Officer (AMO).
Applicants should be a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and / or other specialist recognition.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Visiting Medical Officer Determination.
